My xbox series x back usb ports won’t work

I was trying to charge my phone

I plugged in a phone charger cord in the front usb and now it’s like all power is in the front usb port not the back

What exactly are you trying to attach

The back port is a type c connector meant for hdds and high speed devices

If you need charging you should use the front ports

Now what exactly are you trying to charge

There is a limited amount of watts the ports are meant to put out

Hopefully not a tablet usb cord

That's too much for a console

(Tablets and laptops or phablets require 25-65 watt) which consoles aren't supposed to do

1m5-15 watt should be max

Anything above that should have their plug like an external hdd that isn't too big you Van get a hdd that draws fr usb but if it's asking too much the system won't like it

Am I understanding correctly that you plugged a wall charger into the ports?
