    My Xbox Series X all of the sudden says I don't own games


    I have a question about my Xbox Series X and Xbox Live account (Xbox Ultimate membership).

    Some reasons my games it's got symbols and a message when opening a disc game and digital games (purchased before) that says I don't own the game?

    I had never had this problem before when used to have an Xbox One X (Console no longer own), and I transfer to a new console the Xbox Series X that own from February 2022 with external hard drive saved with data and games saved from previous console.

    How can I fix this problem?

    That's what we have mentioned previously Game Release Known Issues. May we ask if you were able to follow the procedures on there? If not kindly do the same and let us know if the problem still persists and we could sort out another resolution.

    I feel like you still need help with your concern, and I would love to give you additional information/troubleshooting for your concern.

    For us to investigate further on the issue, may we confirm if you have updated your devices, drivers, and try uninstalling/reinstalling the app? Also, can you send to us the screenshot of the error message?

    My Xbox Series X all of the sudden says I don't own games

    It still doesn't let me play games that I own digital and disc formats that I have been owning for a long time. Before using Xbox Series X console. My payments they have not changed and still the same, I use PayPal and mastercard on my Microsoft account/Xbox Ultimate membership.

    They are Xbox one games, Xbox 360 games, and Xbox Original.

    I have not purchased Call of Duty: MW2(2022) game. I am still saving money for the game later.

    We understand that you are experiencing issues your Xbox Series X. As per description, it all of a sudden says that you don't own the games. Let us check on this together and sort this out. We will assist you with your concern.

    We have some Game Release Known Issues for October 2022: Game Release Known Issues for October 2022 - Microsoft Community it's much better if you could also check this one by yourself for more information.

    Suggested fixes are as follows.

    • Sign-in to your account at Microsoft Account | Manage Your Payments and make sure that all of your payment methods are up to date and check that the order for COD: MWII went through in your order history.
    • If your order did not go through, place a new order for the edition you wish to purchase.
    • If your order did go through, utilize Contact us | Xbox Support for additional support. Please be aware of possible higher than normal wait times.
