My Xbox Series S won’t let me upload a capture to Xbox Network

Indeed, Rainbow, this seems to be an issue for the past hours with the game clip. We may need to report this to Microsoft in that way they will be aware and so they can deploy an immediate fix.

Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, however, there are no official announcements from Microsoft which means that we can just perform a troubleshooting steps such as extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

" 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

I have tried this trouble shoot still nothing and when I delete my clips they just reappear and they won’t show up on my Xbox app either

im having the same issue, im on the s series and my captures are glitched, i cant upload if i try and delete my network clips that have already uploaded it will not allow me to or will show them deleted and then re appear its been the same for a few days now, already tried the basics like turning off and turning on so i beg you dont suggest some btech basic flick the switch fix, fix the captures.

If the captures hasn't been uploaded to the Xbox network you can only see the captures on the Xbox console, if you uploaded the captures to the Xbox network you can see also on the Xbox mobile app
