I have somewhat of the same problem but it’s telling me to buy to game again. It pops up in my order history but won’t let me download the game. I purchased it from fifa 21. The same thing is happening with my brother. We both bought the ultimate edition.

Also, I’m having the same issue playing my 360 games on my Series S, my Xbox Live account won’t download onto any 360 game on my Series S.

Hello again, if you can view your game in the Purchase History, click on the link below and log in with your account, find the game and click on it, another tab of your browser should open, after the tab opens click on install and choose the console to be installed.

No it says I can purchase as a gift for someone else. I literally played the whole game like a year ago I just want to download it again I paid $50 I shouldn’t have to pay again.
