    My xbox series s will not work on any tv


    The xbox series s used to work on a 24” tv but i have moved and no longer have access to that tv, i have tried to buy a gaming tv and it doesnt work on that or a normal tv does anyone know the issue with it? The xbox turns on and conects to every but the tv and ut always says “input not supported” i have also tried multiple hdmi leads

    I'm AJ, an Independent Advisor for the Xbox Community.
    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your console.

    Sounds like your console's display settings may still be set to your previous TV's resolution and/or refresh rate.

    Would you mind giving this a try?

    Display reset:

    • On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds to turn off the console.
    • Unplug your console for one minute.
    • Press and hold the Xbox button and the Bind button until you hear a beep to turn on the console.
    You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. Do not let go until the second beep occurs.

    How much power supply does Xbox series s need?

    Is 250V supply ok for series s?

    The Series S along with the Series X is multi-voltage which it means it works anywhere around the world.

    Is there any battery in series s (like Nintendo switch)?

    The Series S only works from a mains supply. It does not contain a battery. It must also be connected to a TV or Monitor.

    Controller suddenly stopped working. Lights up when plugged in, tried multiple cables. Does not show up under device manager.

    My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore

    Xbox Series X - Black screen while sound is still playing

    I have this issue with series s, it works fine if I change the TV input and then swap it back to my xbox...still needs a good fix.

    Xbox Series X HDCP Issue

    It’s not the TV I have no problems with my Xbox 1X or my PS5 they work perfectly fine same TV same receiver same eARC setup.

    I’ve already done multiple factory resets.

    Between the HDCP problem and the horrible input latency my Series X is nothing more than a paper weight.

    I’m not the only user having HDCP issues with the Series X and Series S especially when using eARC there are 100’s of complaints on this forum and Reddit.
