My Xbox series s store and settings won't open

Due to the UK lockdown store's will be closed....

I can't find any info on any UK store's opening at midnight for Xbox Series X/S

However, GAME.CO.UK high street store's will open on Tuesday 8am to 2pm just only for the people who have in store pre-orders, to get and pick up their Xbox Series X/S.

A normal hard drive or SSD won't work with Series S/X games. They can store them, but the games won't run from them. They will only run from the internal drive or an expansion card that is made for the Series S/X.

The digital version Flight Simulator 2020 is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, this means that if you purchase it on the Microsoft Store or Windows Store it can be installed on both systems.

I'm afraid if your Laptop does not meet the minimum spec it won't work on your device. If you buy an Xbox Series X or Series S and use the same account you can install and play it on there.

Note: The console must be a Series X or S. MSFS2020 is not compatible with the older Xbox One, Xbox One S, or Xbox One X

Yes, The console is up to date.. and yes I've tried install it remotely but same thing

I've tried using game pass app and xbox app to install it, I've tried hard restart, changing language and region, Resetting with keeping games and apps, using another account, but all failed to fix the issue.

My opinion is that somehow the store is mistaken and trying to install the series S/X version in my xbox one console, perhaps there's a bug making the store thinking this is series s and when I try to install the game it realizes that this is not compatible, but won't install the Xbox one version of the game as the store thinks this is series s

But it's just my opinion and most likely I'm wrong
