It seems like that your Xbox Series S encountered issues installing games. As per description, the MBPS gradually drops down and stops the process of installing games.

Let us check on this together and sort this out to assist your concern. However, before we proceed, we would like to ask few questions about it.

1. Was this happening on all games?
   
2. When did the problem start?
   
3. Was this working before?
   
4. Recent activity or changes made before the issue appeared?
   

These above questions would help us provide the necessary information. Once we have gathered all the information, we will formulate the viable solution to help you with your case.

For the meantime, we suggest clearing the MAC address of your console by following these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
   
3. Select Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.
   
4. Restart your console.
   

If that doesn’t work, you can try resetting your router or modem by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.

Does the installation show any error message or it just stops?

By Xbox S, do you mean the Xbox Series S?

And are these games Series S/X optimized games?

I am installing Modern Warfare 3 on the S series, and every time I try to install the game, this problem appears. The installation has stopped. I have tried and tried everything, but there is no result.
