My xbox series s keeps going green and then turns off I have factory reset it and this has...

My xbox one s goes to green screen on start up and is slow, sometimes it will go to the home screen, but will not let me do anything else (games, apps,etc.). I have tried a soft reset and hard reset but it just goes blank then sometimes back to
the green screen! Is my console done for? Please help!!

Factory reset or offline update

The only things you can do are as following:

1. Turn off the console and unplug it for 30 seconds (clears cache and turns all apps off)

2. A factory reset keeping games and apps may make things faster: Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps". (requires account redownload)

My problem is for windows 10's xbox app. I dont have the xbox one.

I have the xbox series s. I'm in the U.S. and I don't think I part of the program. And I've tries factory resetting my xbox and resetting the router.

I have tried turning off an on the power, I tried resetting with the games and I reset the Router, I also disconnected and reconnected my interent, I factory reset the Xbox and nothing has worked.

if it turns off while only playing that game i suggest re downloading it or if that is not the case try hard restarting your xbox. if that does not help you might have to do a factory reset. to do a factory reset just go to setting =system =click on reset
= you can choose to keep all games and apps or remove everything.
