My xbox series s keeps freezing after the reset

First, I would like to make sure that your console is updated with the latest version of the software, so do the following:

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates.

Under Updates, you will see: Update available for the console. Select to start the update, or

There are no updates available for the console. This means that the console is up-to-date.

If your console freezes while playing a specific game, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If the issue persists, try turning off the console by holding the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely. Then, unplug the power cable from the console and wait 30 seconds before plugging it back in and turning on the console normally.

If the problem persists, we can try to reset the console once again, but this time through a Flash drive, so we can rule out any software problem on the console. You will find the information in the following link in the section that says: "Reset using a USB flash drive"

I have the series s, I can play for a couple minutes then the game freezes and my screen goes white, sometimes the whole Xbox shuts off, I’ve tried doing a reset, I uninstalled the game 3 times and it’s still doing the same thing, my Xbox is up to date on software, I’ve even done a full factory reset and it’s still doing the same thing…..

I did this last resort full reset. I was unable to download any of the games I own after this full reset. I assume that this means my Xbox series s’s hard drive is faulty. Am I right with this assumption?

Xbox Series S controller freezes and disconnects but the light on the controller stays on,
The problem happened to me a lot and the batteries are new, and i did power cycle, The device and the control were updated

my device xbox Series s, i got it two days ago

My current console is the Xbox Series S.

There hasn’t been any changes from what I could tell, one carrier is US Cellular and one is Verizon.

I have made sure to keep my Xbox/Phones up to date. I have reset my Xbox while keeping games but not yet resetting Xbox without keeping games.

I also just tried my wife’s Xbox and it didn’t work either, same black screen on my 2 phones and her phone as well.
