My xbox series s just factory reset by itself?

Just to confirm, are you an Insider program member who uses a preview build on your console? Or you only use the normal/public version?

When did this issue start to occur? What steps have you tried so far?

I have the xbox series s. I'm in the U.S. and I don't think I part of the program. And I've tries factory resetting my xbox and resetting the router.

Hello, all you have to do is redownload games. Everything should be saved on the cloud.
