    I have just started up my new console and when going to download my old games I noticed Elden ring was not there so I checked the store and it says I need to repurchase it even though I thought it was cross generational. Can anyone help?

    Did you purchase the disc version of the game? If so, then that will be why you can't download it on your Series S, as you need a disc to play it.

    It is cross-gen, so that's definitely not the issue. If you're 100% sure you're signed in with the account that purchased it, check to see if you still have the email receipt that was sent to you when you bought it and check to see if it appears on your order history. If you have proof of purchase, you'll need to contact Xbox support and have them sort it out for you.

    Thats the thing i went to check if elden ring was ever on game pass and it hasn’t been. Its crazy to have to rebuy a game that just deleted itself , and support saw the achievements and everything

    Ok thanks for letting me know. I might get a series x then so i dont have to rebuy all my games. Even though the x is more expensive the price of the games outweigh it.

    When I applied for an elden ring refund it denied because I had "gone over my limit for refunds this year" when I have not refunded anything in 2022

    Ms account does not even show I purchased elden ring or that I refunded it
