My Xbox Series S is not letting me install Minecraft.

Pealse clear Xbox Cache by turning off your Xbox Series S completely.

Unplug the power cord and wait a few seconds. Plug the power cord back in and turn on the console. The cache should clear automatically on startup.

And then restart your router. Turn off your router for 2 minutes. Wait for the router to reboot. Then turn it on.

Next is to check for conflicting files. If you have previously installed other versions of Minecraft like Java Edition, there might be conflicting files.

You might need to uninstall those versions or delete the game files manually.

To do this, go to "My Games & Apps," find the conflicting game, and select "Manage Game & Add-ons," then "Remove".

Then verify Xbox network settings. Go to "Settings" > "Network" > "Advanced Settings" > "DNS settings". Make sure that the DNS settings are set to "Automatic".

After that is to ensure correct account settings. Do this by checking your Microsoft account settings for any issues related to billing or location.

Ensure your billing address and payment methods match the region where you are trying to install Minecraft.

Most importantly, kindly verify that you have enough storage space for Minecraft files to be installed on your Xbox console.

Every time I click the install button on the Microsoft Store, nothing happens. Everything is up to date, I have tried changing location somewhere different and back, I have messed with DNS settings, and even factory reset my Xbox. I dont know what to do from here.

I fixed it. Just had to unplug my hard drive. 👍

That's what I did last night and it works without any issues on my PC. But once I connect it to my Xbox Series S it lets me format the HDD and instal my games and apps back but then after awhile it gets corrupted again and it stops showing up on my Xbox.
