My xbox series s is locked

Just to make sure we understand your concern correctly, may we ask what is the exact error message that is showing in your account? If the error message is either suspend or permanently ban that could mean that Xbox console users has commit repeated violation against Xbox Community Standards | Xbox and Microsoft Services Agreement. No Customer Support can assist suspensions or enforcement actions.

Yes, there are no regional locks on Xbox One hardware or peripherals. Your Controller will work on any Xbox One. It will also work on the Series X/S too.

I am dealing with a similar issue. I need to find out my email I used when I set up my Xbox one in 2016.

I am currently locked out of over 600 usd with of game on my series s because of this.

Just to double check, are you referring to Xbox One S and not Series S, right?

If that's the case. Of course, that monitor is compatible with your console but the 165Hz are going to be locked. I mean, if you use your One S with that monitor, probably the refresh rate will be locked up to 60Hz / 60fps
