    My xbox series s is crashing on any major game I play.


    My xbox series s is crashing on any major game I play, after booting up a game within 1-3mins it crashes and brings me back to the home screen. I have tried resetting the xbox and reinstalling the games and still the same thing. is this an overheating issue?

    I appreciate you letting me know and in this case, we may need to reset the console removing everything. This will uninstall all of your games and apps but we can reinstall them later on.
