My xbox series s has good internet and storage but i cant install games or update them

I have the same issue when I got a software update on my xbox series s all my things started bugging but I fixed them up but I only have one problem now that I can't download any games or update them I don't know why but ya all it says installation stopped and it say try later when my internet is fast even tho I can run call of duty warzone 2 perfectly fine with no lag i suspended my game but still nothing but when i restarted it started downloading but very very slow and then like 1 min passed and it says installation stopped i think it has to do with the software update because i was fine until i updated my xbox software and if it not that then I don't know what it really is my xbox series s is not in a bad environment either it is in a open space where it can breath its super clean I don't know the cause of this but I hope I don't have to purchase a new xbox over a bug in the system I also tried the power cycle10 sec unplug and everything the xbox helper thing told me to do nun worked

Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Solution 2: Try setting up manual DNS settings.

1. Please go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings >> manual

2. Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222

3. Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220

Solution 3: Please try setting up a mobile hotspot connection using your phone, then connect the console to the hotspot connection. Try installing any game and see if it works.

Solution 4: Do a factory reset.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

Both Series X/S games and Xbox One games that been optimised (I'm British) for Series X/S must be installed on either the internal storage or the expansion card. They can not be run from a USB connected storage device. My optimised Series X/S Xbox One games
were moved to my Expansion card during their update.

Updates will always update to the storage device the game is on. There is no way around it. Updates for the Xbox One/Series X|S will go over the files that are already installed. So it will only add more if the game gets more content.

As for updates, doing a fresh installation. These will be upgrading the game, so it has better visuals and 4K assets, which in most cases is a more up-to-date version of the game specifically built for the Series X|S. Hence, why it defaults to the internal storage.
