My Xbox Series S froze and turned off and won't reconnect to WiFi

I think it's a system update I turned of my WiFi then went in to my xbox system settings and turned off automatic updates then reconnected to the WiFi and I can now play again. Hope this helps

Also to note power cycled turn off and turn back on, and still nothing. Did It 5 times. Still says I need a Wifi Adapter...

Only way to reconnect to Xbox Live is to disconnect the power cord on the back of the xbox.

My mom says that I need to turn off the wifi router every night but when I turn on my router and I turn on my xbox my xbox won't connect to the wifi so I have to restart my xbox kinda every day so it connect to the wifi and it's really annoying so what can I do to fix it?
