Settings> Network> The box underneath NAT type. It should say "Go Offline" If it says go online press it. (double check) couldn't hurt to cycle it while your there.

Factory Reset the router if it belongs to you and you are competent to do so. Google your router and how to get in if you don't know how already.

Also, when you reply, is there anything that does work? Other than testing the connection?

join a party?

send a message and know it went through?

Can you buy or download games?

Do any games work? A game without a dedicated online server my be a good test / or the opposite try an mmo like PSO2 that has its own very robust multiplayer servers.

Are there any signs of internet other than the network test?

Sorry for the late response with such little help... I've been digging through an old support chat I had with Microsoft a while back, but It's just not quite the same issue as yours.. (unless you got games that do work online)

Your network stats looked great by the way.

It is possible to be have a very strong connection to your router, but no internet access.

Go to settings>network settings>test network connection

Does it say you're connected to the internet?

If so

Test multiplayer connection

Test Network speed and statistics

Is your NAT type open?

Let us know whats going on. Any other info you have couldn't hurt.

Examples of current things not working cyberpunk can make it to the start up screen but will load for about 5 minutes and come up with a message that it can't connect to the servers, this happens with games such as COD RDR2 and destiny as well. Netflix will load and give a code nw-2-5, Hulu max and other streaming apps won't load either

My mobile hotspot doesn't show up as a connection option on my Xbox. I will be trying out my Xbox on a new network soon and seeing if its a network problem. I've noticed that my Wired connection actually lags much more then my WiFi, although it has higher speeds, the lag is way more frequent and worse.

Is there any way of checking if its a hardware problem?

That's what I did last night and it works without any issues on my PC. But once I connect it to my Xbox Series S it lets me format the HDD and instal my games and apps back but then after awhile it gets corrupted again and it stops showing up on my Xbox.
