    My Xbox Series controller keep disconnecting when vibrates


    i'm a Alpha-skip-ahead member

    about 3 days ago, my Xbox Series S has turn on alone on middle of the night and after this my controller start to desync every time he receive's a vibration signal, i use the "Xbox acessory app" on both Console/Windows and there's time that he desconnect and there's not, but in online gamepad test and steam games, he work very well without any issues

    Xbox series x controller disconnecting (latest firmware)

    I have the Robot White X Series controller, with all firmware updates. I use it on my PC via blutooth. I continue to have this issue as well as long as vibration is enabled. Try turning off vibration (we shouldnt have to) to stop the controller from disconnecting. But when will we have a REAL RESOLUTION MICROSOFT?!?!?!!?

    Figured it out myself, something to do with the controller vibrating, disabled that and they have been good since. Really strange though, I know that they wouldn't disconnect when I could actually feel the controller disconnecting, only for really minor
    vibrations.

    Hi TomaXBOX2016!

    Your Xbox Series X/S controller should still work normally on Xbox One console.

    Make sure to change your vibration settings.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Profile & system > Settings.
    Select Accessibility > Controller, and then select Vibration settings.
    If you have multiple controllers, choose the controller that you want to change and select Configure.
    For an Elite Series 2 controller, select the configuration profile that you want to change, select Edit > Vibration, and then move the sliders to adjust the vibration.
    For an Xbox Wireless Controller, select Turn on vibration to turn vibration on or off.

    If your controller is wired I thing could be damaged, and a little vibration can disconnect it, in my opinion you can disable vibration to solve your problem you can disable vibration by:

    Xbox guide-Preferences-Vibrations-enable disable vibation
