My xbox seires x doesn't allways connect to Ethernet cable

I understand the last part about catgory 6 or 7. Ur talking about the cord thqt plus into the xbox from the wall. But when you say swap your Ethernet network cable or even swap the port cable on your home modem/router are you also talking about useing a specific cable because im oreety sure there fine.

I hace not tryed changeing cables im willing to but new ones if you really think its worth a go. What do i change ?the ethernet cable feom thebox to the port?or something else as well. Thanks for anwser.

Get a new cable to connect the XBox to the router and also change the port on the router that it plugs into.

Might also be worth trying the Xbox via Wi-Fi to the router as that would tell you if it's a cable/port issue or if it's a general Xbox netowrk issue

Another t thing it can influence is the type of cable it has, for the Xbox One Series S/X it is recommended that you use a category 6 or 7 cable
