My XBOX says to troubleshoot. It says reset the XBOX but I do not want my account erased...

Please choose the option "Reset and keep my games & apps," this will not delete the games and apps installed on your console, however, you will have to sign in to your accounts again during the initial setup procedure.

I tried the second one but its putting me on a screen saying restart this xbox and troubleshoot when i restart my xbox it doesnt do anything but when i click troubleshoot it says to reset my xbox but i will lose all of my accounts, saved games, settings, home xbox associations, and installed games and apps, but i dont want to lose everything... What do i do?

im following the steps its telling me and on one of the steps it says reset this xbox but it says it will erase all accounts ,saved games, setings and home xbox associations does this mean i will loose all my saves on games and all of that?

Hi, after I choose maintain games and apps it says I've apparently no connection, when I do, and it says I can continue with the reset but my console associations or something along those line will be erased but will keep those games and apps. I don't really want to lose my game data and not really sure whether I do the reset

But it said it was unable to load and says if I continue with the reset, my stuff will get erased. All except for the accounts that have set the xbox as the home. So from that I am assuming that I would have to install all my games and apps again.
