    I’ve been trying to figure this out for days, I tried on both Xbox’s and both of them did the same thing so it leads me to believe it is probably a problem with my new modem but I’m not sure how to fix it.

    Connection tests fine, no xbox live service

    I'm having same issue I'm signed it or so it says then none of my game play it says so buy the version or sign in with a profile that has it but I am signed in and friends are displayed but to the side it says connect to network but when I run the test the
    network connection is fine but the multiplayer is not it says I have 100% packet loss it says I have a wired connection and that all services are available but my NAT type says unavailable. the sad part of all of this is that x box live says that everything
    is good core services are available frustrating seeing as I just got online a few ours ago.

    Can I play online multiplayer games in Romania

    Xbox Live (now called Xbox Network) is the service that connects the console to online services, which includes online multiplayer. You also need a Gold subscription to play those games online. Since Romania is not supported, Gold is not available there so you wouldn't be able to play online.
