My Xbox says I need to be online when I am

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regards to the same issue, however, there are no official announcement from Microsoft that's why we just need to perform troubleshooting steps.

Please perform an extended powercycle and reset the network hardware by following the steps below:

"1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

I need help Every time I go to when my online games like the games from the apps It says for this game you need to be online but I am online and it says I need a error code End it says that the service outages happening every once in a while and then it
says something went wrong I need help please Xbox please I wanna play my games

That error indicates that your account is a child account. You will need to have the parent account make the purchase on the Xbox One console and use
the Home console feature to share the game with your account. If you would like the game on your account, you will need to purchase it through an Xbox 360 console.

Xbox 360 Marketplace purchases support article. If you are getting errors, you may be on a child account or attempting to purchase with Microsoft Currency. If these are the case, you will need to make the purchase on an Xbox 360 console.
