    Microsoft Points missing

    Hello,

    I recently bought 1600 Microsoft Points, ive spent only 640. Right now i checked my account and i only got 200 left. On 2 May i got 200 MP from xbox live rewards.

    I went to the microsoft billing page and it says that on may 18 there was an adjustment for -1120 MP. I havent bought anything this month.

    Please help me solve this

    hi ive bought an xbox live 3 month card and put code in after my gold ran out it let me on for a few multiplayer games last week but, when ive come to play today it says I need gold ?my subscriptions say ive got 3 months left please help

    Cant sign in to XBOX Live

    ive got a similar problem. I had got offline achievements and havent gone on xbox live. i recovered my gamertag on another xbox live to play a game and now i cant sign in to xbox live on my offline one since i guess are two different files now. any suggestions?

    XBOX LIVE ISSUES

    Im having the same exact problem. I got on and played till about 3AM and when i got back on at 11AM i couldnt play GTA online or Call of duty multiplayer. Ive tried the network test in the settings and it says that its all good but when i try the multiplayer
    test it says it cant finish it. Lately its been either saying what i just said about the multiplayer test or its been saying its a problem on their side, meaning xbox live.
