My Xbox rewards points did not get deposited his month.

I earned the the 5000 points that it takes to get an automatic deposit on the 15th or the 30th of the month at the beginning of this month and I was expecting them to be deposited sometime around the 15th of this month. but is now the 20th and they have
not been deposit. I'm just looking for a little help to see if maybe there, something going on with my account that I may need to change or if there was just something buggy with the system. thank you

No, the points get deposited once a month.

From the FAQ:

Secondly, don't forget that Rewards Points are deposited into your Xbox LIVE account once per month. Check the Rewards Points Pending section of the MyRewards page to make sure you don't have any pending transactions, which will not yet show up in your Total
Rewards Points Awarded.

Since you earned them at the beginning of the month, they would be scheduled to deposit with the end of the month deposit on the 29th.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they
are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since the Credits that hit the 5000 Credit amount required for a automatically scheduled deposit were your survey Credits on March 2nd, your deposit
will be a part of the end of month deposit this month. Note that since pending Credits need one cycle to process, your 1000 Credits from FREE Ride on March 19th will not be a part of this month's end of month deposit.

What points?

If you mean xbox live rewards then you get them on the 15th & 30th of the month.

You need a total of 5000 points for an automatic deposit or at least 1000 points & you can request a deposit in "my rewards" from the rewards site.

Your account points, are they Xbox Rewards credits (rewards.xbox.com), or are the Microsoft Rewards (formerly called Bing Rewards) points?

For Xbox Rewards credits have you requested a deposit already on rewards.xbox.com? Keep in mind deposits are done by the 15th and 30th of the month. If you requested a deposit, did it give you a specific date?

If they are Microsoft Reward points (Bing rewards) Microsoft.com/rewards, you have to redeem them for one of the options though that site.

They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.
