My xbox rewards do not match my Microsoft rewards points

My Microsoft reward points say I have 125 points, but on Xbox rewards, it says I have 4,000. Are these numbers supposed to match?...     Hello! My Microsoft reward points say I have 125 points, but on Xbox rewards, it says I have 4,000. Are these numbers supposed to match?

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    Xbox rewards change

    i would like to get my xbox rewards deposited i do not want my points converted to micosoft rewards and i am not intrested in opting out either and cant manually deposit existing points which im not very happy about these changes i like xbox rewards
    over microsft rewards program first bing rewards then microsoft rewards now this i am really losing my loyalty and patience with micosoft

    It would depend on what offers he's been taking part in and where you've been purchasing games. The Microsoft Rewards program doesn't track purchases made directly through Xbox. The purchases either have to be made through the Windows Store or microsoftstore.com.
    If you have been making eligible purchases, you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.
