    My xbox rewards are not being recognized or deposited


    HI XBL support.

    I really need help with my account related to rewards program.

    I'm being a former user of rewards since 2012 and i saw that my account isn't receiving any bonuses of this program.

    Could you guys take a look on my accounts?

    I spend last year more than 1000US$ on pre orders and dlcs but i didn't got anything back on program.

    Rewards not being deposited

    My rewards are not being deposited. The last time they were deposited was around 6 months ago. Before then it had been around 2 years. I have roughly 20,000 credits that will not deposit.

    Please could an MS member of staff look into why my rewards credits are not being deposited.

    Hello Hope Sanches,

    You are registered as a US Rewards Member. Therefore, only your purchases in USD are eligible for Rewards. Since your purchases were made in a non-US currency, they were not eligible for Rewards. Furthermore, your deposits will currently fail since your
    Microsoft Account is set to a different region than your Rewards Account. This means that when we attempt to deposit Credits in USD from your Rewards Account into your Brazilian Microsoft Account, the deposit will fail since your Microsoft Account will not
    accept that currency type.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
    you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (
    https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ ) , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours. While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits
    that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards).
    If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account
    to your new one.

    Did not received my deposit on February 8th 2018

    It takes about 96 hours for the Rewards program to recognize changes in your account. So since you added the card 2 days before the deposit, it would not have been enough time to make it for that deposit.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
    to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
