    Hello. I signed up for the xbox rewards account on Monday. It's Thursday and my account is not active. I wanna use it!

    MyChallenge Rewards bage

    I have subscribe to xbox live for 3 consecutive months and fill 3 consecutive surveys but these 2 MyChallenge badges is not activated in my xbox live rewards account. What's the problem?

    Setting Up Rewards account

    Hi

    I Bought my xbox 10 days back and set up my rewards account on 25th August. Since then it shows that I need to wait for 36 hours for my account to be activated. Its been 4 days and I see no change in the account status. Is there something I need to do to
    make it activated?

    i m already signed up to xbox rewards and i pay in currency.the problem i m having is that my activity has not updated and neither have my rewards since i purchased my xbox one on 12/12/13 its still showing as a 360 account

    Hello,

    If you have already bought or used Netflix before signing up to Xbox Rewards, you won't be able to get those rewards. Those rewards are for new Xbox users who just signed up for Xbox LIVE and the rewards program and haven't already activated Netflix or bought
    something.

    You also must keep the Netflix account active for longer then 30 days in order to get any reward posted as pending.
