My Xbox rewards account is messed up and inst displaying the correct stuff

Ok so it started around 10/5/16 i logged into my rewards account and everything was fine. I was almost to my first V.I.P star and it told me i only needed 64$ to my first star reward so I was excited about that, and here's where it gets really shady. I was
waiting to buy the Dark souls 3 season pass because i thought there would be a discount but when i went to purchase it i remembered that there might be a a chance to get reward points on the rewards.xbox site so I went on the site to check and there wasn't
one. So then i though well hey while i'm still on here i might as well check my rewards again. And to my surprise i was really shocked to see my rewards level bar had been messed with and the amount that i needed to level up was gone completely also i have
no faults against my account either. Now im a patient guy and i thought hey i should buy the season pass to see if that would fix it but that didn't do the trick either. so i wrote on the Xbox forums about it yet that was deleted apparently i have no clew
why. so i wrote another one and waited as it instructed, being a patient person about this i thought they would fix it yet nothing was still done about it. But on 11/12/2016 i bought the Call of Duty infinite warfare digital legacy edition for 85.59 $. and
here it is 11/17/16 and i checked my account to see if maybe they fixed it and guess what my bar was even further away from leveling and it actually told me that I NEEDED TO PAY ANOTHER 80.00$ to get my first star even after i just bought the Dark souls 3
season pass which would of brought the 64$ down to 38$ and change plus what i just spent on COD I just about lost my mind please fix this as I am at my wits end on it.

I have reviewed your account, and can confirm that your current progress is being displayed correctly. So far this year, we see the following purchases:

October 26 Fallout 4 - Not counted due to being a pre-order. Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP.

November 23 Call of Duty: Black Ops III - 59.99

March 27th Grand Theft Auto V - 38.99

May 16th Fallout 4: Wasteland Workshop - 4.99

May 20th Gamertag Change - 10.68

October 22nd Dark Souls III - Season Pass - 24.99

November 12 Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare - 79.99

59.99+38.99+4.99+10.68+24.99+79.99 = 219.63, which is line with the MyRewards page prompting you to spend $80 more. Hope this clears up any confusion!
