    It says there is a problem with my rewards account email. It is in fact correct. It is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

    Also I should be star level three because I spent enough money to reach the next rank but was never awarded for it. I had 100 dollars left to go up in rank and I spent around 200 dollars about 2 weeks ago. Also My refund was only 3000 points and it should
    have been more than that. my gamer tag is

    You are receiving this notification due to our system detecting that your emails are not able to be delivered. This is why on your last post we asked you to confirm if your contact preference information matched your billable account email information. These
    undelivered emails are currently being investigated. This will not impact your Rewarding beyond you not receiving emails from our program.

    Regarding your payback, I see that your progress accurately matches your purchases. However, I can confirm that the brief suspension of your live service during your renewal caused you to be Rewarded at a free rate instead of Gold. We will double that Credit
    event, and you should those Credits pending by the end of next week. These rebate may also be lower than expected since one of your purchases went towards the Must Love Bots offer. You cannot be Rewarded for a offer and MyVIP.
