    my Xbox Live rewards show me the message, that i cant receive Payments and i have to check my informations. I checked my Informations and they are correct.

    Did you get your freebies from Xbox Live Rewards 5yr celebration?

    you sure? have you checked your rewards statements/ history? maybe you aren't paying attention when you buy stuff, and seeing the payment source. just trying to think of something. i've never had any issues with getting my credits. i usually get enough for a free movie rental a month.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. Since this issue is currently being caused by a
    database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. Since this error is causing your information

    I got this message also and noticed my gems show as redeemed. How will I know it got submitted and how and when do you actully receive these reward credits?

    Several people have reported this message, and I received one as well. Payment was already deducted from my account. Use the link they provided in the text message (or log into your account) to make sure the payment shows up on your Microsoft account
    as a completed payment. Continue to monitor the account, and contact customer support if you are double billed. See you in Anthem!!
