I’m trying to redeem my Reward points, it says it’s worked but my points aren’t decreasing and I’m not receiving an email confirming like the console says I should.

For some odd reason i get offered these reward points but they fail to come through

what rewards points are you referring to? are they through the xbox live rewards program or through another program? if they are through the xbox live rewards program you must have 100 points pending in your account, before they will be transferred.

I redeemed from the Microsoft Rewards app on my xbox. I don’t see an order history on there. However, when I go to my order history on my actual microsoft account, its not showing up there either. So, I basically have nothing to back up my case.
