my xbox report a Problem always crash

Steam always crashes. I'll try the Xbox app and report back.

This was my case as well. It would always crash in Gears 5 and sometimes in Forza. It doesn't matter at this point if it is software or hardware or related to both. The only way to fix it at the moment is to send in your console if you want to play without crashes.

Just make sure you submit a ticket to the Gears Support team and Report it through the XBOX Report a Problem feature so they know more people are having the issue.

My replacement crashed the day after I got it returned from Microsoft. Ever since then it has been fine, not a single hickup. Though the Evil Within II failed to launch once. After I removed it from quick resume it was fine after that.

Interesting, if it's an in-game crash usually the developer needs to investigate. I'd recommend chasing this up with Bethesda first because they should be able to advise further.

So this only seems to occur on Series X|S, correct? Do you still have access to your Xbox One to double-check if it crashes on there too?

As Bethesda advised to report this to Xbox, I'd also recommend submitting a report through the Xbox Report a Problem app.

First, you'll need to download the free Xbox Report a Problem app from the Microsoft Store, if you haven't already.

Play the game until it crashes, and make sure to record a game clip of the crash. Then, press and hold the Xbox button , and then select Report a problem to launch the Report a Problem app.

Select ' Continue with standard diagnostics.' Choose an appropriate category and subcategory.

Ensure that 'Include Game Clip' is selected. Make sure to provide as much information as possible about the issue.

No freezes or crashes and subtitles are off for me, no problems to report at all!
