    it used to work just a couple months ago however now it loads up but it is a black screen except I can hear the audio from moving around on the menu it is the exact same on the Xbox app on my phone and the Xbox app on my PC.

    Make sure to include your full phone number and that you're viewing the proper support page for your region. Try a different phone number if this persists.

    I have already tried troubleshooting and none of it works repairing, reinstailling, updating also i cant get through to a call with someone whenever i put my number in it just says We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later.

    Ive done everything i have tried different phone numbers yet it still repeats the same message or says try again later it has happned everytime since november 2022 when i tried to call on different devices

    Huh? Remote Play is nothing to do with Xcloud or Game Pass. And if it won't work, then how can they get it working on their Android device? And they have an Xbox so that's not the issue.

    They are trying to Remote Play their Series X games from their Series X console to their PC via the Remote Play feature and using the Xbox App. This should work without an issue, as it does with their Android device. There is nothing on the Remote Play page to suggest Game Pass is needed
