My Xbox refuses to load a game or app twice

I’ve tried EVERYTHING! If i open Netflix or Mixer or what have you, then close them to play a game, my xbox will not reopen them. I have to restart my Xbox to reopen the app. EVERY TIME. Why? Now I’m having trouble trying to delete the app itself. I can
delete everything but Netflix and Mixer. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

To perform a Hard Reset you Hold your power button on your Xbox for 8 to 10 seconds or until it turns off. Once the Xbox is off unplug your power pack from the Xbox so it has no power running into it. Leave the power pack unplugged for 5 to 10 minutes and
then plug it back in and start up your Xbox.

Or to clear cache.

To to this go to Settings, Network, Network Settings, Advance Settings then Click Alternate MAC Address then click Clear.

Once you have tried these methods see if you can uninstall the apps you were trying to uninstall.

I'm not sure if you can uninstall Mixer itself, since it's partly integrated in the OS, but it should be possible to Uninstall Netflix.

Have you tried uninstalling after a power cycle

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

If that doesn't work, then you can consider trying a Factory Reset, there are two options: one that removes everything and another option that keeps games and apps installed

Hi,

Sorry about that but it sounds like an hardware issue.

Try this > on the main menu , press and hold 10 sec the power button of the console, wait 30 sec, restart , delete apps.

If you can delete them, re-install and try your app.

If you still cant delete them > make a factory reset ( https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults
)

If Nothing work after the reset, you will have to send your console to the repair center.
