My xbox randomly disconnects and says “service info unavailable”

Random disconnections could be due to interruptions in the Xbox service. If you have already verified that there are no alerts or service interruptions, the problem could be the connection speed:

It will disconnect every 20-30 mins, maybe even sooner sometimes, it will say im disconnected from the multiplayer service on said games, then when i go to settings before it kicks me out of xbox live, service info is unavailable, NAT type unavailable and
says IPv4. I reconnect it to my WiFi and it says its all good then the cycle repeats

It’s still saying service info is unavailable and it’s happening to my brother’s xbox series s as well

Try clearing your MAC address

Press Start at the main Xbox menu.

Navigate to Settings.

Select Network Settings, Advanced Settings, Alternative Mac Address, and finally Clear.

I also forgot to mention that my NAT type is unavailable. Could that be causing the disconnections? It randomly changes to open sometimes and that's when I am able to connect to xbox live.
