    My Xbox Quests aren’t working.


    I have completed all of my quests for this month, but my daily loggins have stopped registering past 6. I’ve logged in every day. I’ve already tried removing my account, hard resetting my Xbox and putting my account back on.

    My Netflix works fine and that uses Xbox Gold soooo??? why aren’t the games working

    Why aren’t my downloaded games working?

    So last night around 3am or so I was looking through Xbox store and downloaded redsident evil/ resident evil 0 and fable. I was playing fable fine last night up until 5 or 6; fell asleep then when I woke up o tried playing them, but couldn’t... so I tried
    other games and couldn’t play those either... I keep getting a code (0x87e107d7) why is this happening?.. This is such an inconvenience. My day off and all I wanted to do was play these games and I can’t? Why I thought I purchased them... this is baloney...

    Do you have a different network connection that we can try to use such as a mobile hotspot? If yes, kindly try it out.

    In this case, we may need to reset the console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    We may need to perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

    " 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."
