    My Xbox Profile


    I recently changed my primary alias and removed the old one. My Xbox profile was linked to the old one, and so the profile connected to the new email address is now automatically signed in when I sign in. I want to know if it's possible to re-link the
    old Gamertag and profile to my Microsoft account. The new email is an Outlook email.

    Could it be that the games you are trying to play require you to download an update before you can play while signed in to Xbox live?

    Even with the old email as the primary, it still defaults to the new Gamertag, this is very frustrating because before all this happened I was able to sign into both profiles while using the separate emails, but I can't anymore, it defaults to the new
    one regardless of which email I use.
