My xbox "profile" will not load when click on the link.

when I click on a link the page opens but it says loading player but it don't load

To cancel your xbox live account, login to www.xbox.com with your .net passport or hotmail account.

Then click on the "My Xbox" link, follow by the "Manage Profile" link. Now click the "Billing and Contact Information" link. Finally, click "Cancel my account".

The xbox has been started profile signed in on live and the game loaded. The game takes awhile to load then when it does and click on multiplayer it takes forever then tells me to sign into live Once again and by clicking ok and attempting to sign into live
again it asks me for my username and password. Once this all loads and takes probably 10 minutes it displays an error code. What's going on?

You can do so by clicking on the two links that are highlighted in the previous post. When you load each of the websites just click Start Test. When the tests are done just click copy direct link and paste both links in a reply.
