    My Xbox profile was indefinently suspended for a police flag profile picture


    Now I have tried an appeal but it got declined. Idk what to do I tried customer support (I know that they cant do anything) but im out of options here. One Support agent suggested I respond to enforcements email but Ive seen forums of people in the same situations and they never responded. I have spent too much time and money on my account for me to loose it for no reason at all. I have been a loyal xbox user for 10 years now and I am loosing my mind that this is happening to me and there is no way for me to contact anyone who has the power to help.

    If someone could give me some advice or someone I can talk to that would be great.

    So Im loosing over a thousand dollars because a police flag offended someone. There is no phone number I can call to plead my case to its a one and done kind of system. Thats an abhorrent support system and kind of a scam becauase now I have no access to any of my games and I just purchased their gamepass that I cant even get into my account to cancel.

    This is by no means aggression towards you or anyone else that respond it is directed towards microsoft

    Submitting an appeal is all you can do. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

    The same thing happend to me but instead I actually did have a somewhat profile picture that could be considered controversial, it was a Trump 2020 profile picture but somehow I got a communication suspension out of it even though it had nothing to do with communications, ive been suspended before for having an inappropriate profile picture about a year ago and this didnt happen, I just got suspended by not being able to customize my profile picture.

    Custom profile picture suspension

    I had my profile picture falsely reported and suspended for a day it never gave me the option to appeal even after 24 hours. The suspension is over now but it still doesn’t let me add a custom profile picture. Please help.
