My Xbox Profile can't join parties.

Hello, I just did a full shut down and restart of my PC and double check all the privacy and online setting, both did not fix the issue.

You have not thought about resetting your Windows 11, remember that Windows 11 does not have much on the market therefore it is in continuous work to accommodate any problem, I recommend resetting Windows

Check your communication settings: On the same page, check the “Others can communicate with voice, text, or invitations” setting. Make sure it is set to “Friends” or “Everyone”

Check your friends settings: On the same page, check the “You can add friends” setting. Make sure it is set to "Allow"

Same here - playing EA NHL Legacy on Xbox 360 - can't send game invites. Can't send any messages on Xbox 360. Can join another person's party by going to their profile and clicking join party, but can't send or receive a party invite. Even if they are in a joinable game though, the "Join Game" option does not appear on their profile, so without game invites there's no way for us to play a game together. This is awful - any fix soon?

Ugh! There's still a bug that keeps me from joining partys'. I tried joining my friends party but it kept on saying can't connect to xbox live party, same for my friends, they can't join my party's unless they reset their (turn off/turn back on) xbox.
