    My Xbox PC app doesn't work.


    After start-up the app launches with me signed out and refuses to let me sign in. I have tried restarting the program multiple times and also uninstalled it and reinstalled it.

    When I attempt to sign back in, nothing happens. I click the button to sign in and the program does not respond to it.

    Have done all that. Nothing seems to work. Uninstalled, reinstalled, hard booted in between. Changed privacy settings several times and submitted. No idea at this point.

    Hello There ! Sorry for the inconvenience this must have caused you.

    Is the issue also present when you go to Xbox.com from your PC and click on Sign In?

    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app?

    Wondering if you have made any changes on your device that might be responsible?

    It is also possible that there is a network interruption with the Xbox Live server, the app is out-of-date or your app has lots of corrupted data.

    You may try resetting the Xbox app:

    1. Go to Start
    2. Click on Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Click on Apps & Features
    5. Locate the Xbox app
    6. Click on Advanced Options
    7. Select Reset
    After resetting, kindly restart the device for changes to take full effect.

    Hi, i have talked 3 times with the Xbox support and one times with the windows support. The last one said me to wait 24-48 hours because he had to talk about it with a specialist. After 2 days i got an email with another 7 fix to try ("Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store" is the name of the guide) but the problem is still here...
    I don't know what to do, the app is unusable.

    That generic support doesn't really apply here. The problem is with a PC microphone, not an Xbox One microphone. The Xbox App on PC detects the mic and it works if I start a party via the app, but it doesn't work in any capacity on the Xbox One for parties
    or game chat.
