    My Xbox order is still pending


    Hi everyone. I ordered an Xbox One S from Microsoft on July 28 because it was NOT out of stock, also estimated delivery date was August 11. However today is August 17 and my order is still pending. I heard people wait for a week but it’s 3 weeks. They
    already charged for it. It’s really annoying and I’m disappointed. Seems like I’m never going to order anything online from Microsoft again. Is there anything I can do or just wait?

    It also gives me no option of a refund it just gives me the option to cancel in which would do me no good because my Microsoft currency is already gone as if this was a pre order
