If the steps from the links don't sort it out, please also try connecting your console to a different wall outlet then try turning it on. Let me know if it works.

The service center doesn't seem to provide repair services anymore for Xbox One X.

My xbox series X has switched off by it self about 4-5 times now mabye once or twice more not sure but dose anyone know why this keeps happing ,becouse also i had this happen to my xbox one X to and to be set back so what now there gunna have to
call loads back or what ?

I’ve the same issue... and i don’t know what to do !! I play 4-5 minutes and the xbox crashes itself...!!!

This problem happened with me yesterday. let me explain how I got through it..... I turned off the following ( X-Box 360, Cable Modem, Router) All three need to be shut off as I tried one at a time with no avail... After turning them off wait about 20-30
minutes. Turn on the Cable modem first. Wait 1 minute. Turn on Router, wait 1 minute and turn on X Box 360.. My system has worked perfectly ever since...

So no one actually from xbox said what the problem is, mine just started doing it and it cuts the console off after about 5 to 7 minutes everytime I turn it on. Just keeps making the open tray noise and now my TV setting is changed on it's own. It's not
the power block. It's got to be the console.
