My xbox one X keeps getting a lot of E200, E201 and E202 errors most of the time whenever i...

I will say i bought this xbox pre-owned two months ago but the issues started like a month and a half ago.

Like the title says i have those issues but i also have the issues of my xbox constantly freezing or stuttering and sometimes i cant even open the xbox menu when i try to play games. The games i play the most are modern warefare and apex legends + subnautica
from the game pass. In mordern warefare it crashes whenever i load up the multiplayer or warzone and the only way to counteract this is to stay in the store and load a gun then a character for like 2 minutes then hope that when i open the main menu it wont
crash which most of the time it does due to the thermal safety feature even though it is in an open space, isn't near a radiator or warm space. That isnt even mentioning the stutterimng or freezing whenever i try to enter a game or am leaving a game where
it stays on the lobby screen for like 20 minutes before i have to power cycle the xbox. In apex i have the same issues as modern warefare but without too much of the crashes. Subnautica hasnt crashed my xbox but is the most likely to stutter or freeze and
i have had saving glitches where i cant save at all or freezes while saving but this could be the games fault idk even though it was on the interanl HDD at that time. The longest freeze i had was an hour when i had the patience before i power cycled it.

I have tried power cycling the xbox about 200 times, took the power out for an hour and putting it back in about 50 times, i have tried factory resetting whi9le keeping apps and games about 5 times and factory resetting while removing everything (Thank god
for my external hard drives) 3 times. I have also attempted the OSU 1 update yesterday which had my xbox xrash several times during it and after it had completed once its has seem to made the problems slightly worse.

The problem im thinking is wheter to send the xbox into repair to xbox or to just buy another (NEW one because this pre-owned one has warned me off them forever).

If i send it into repair i need to know what could be causing this so i can tell them what the specfic compenents that arer causing this issue.

I;ve thought maybe dodgy internal HDD or CPU maybe the GPU is dodgy or maybe it needs a dust cleanign which ive tried recently but not enough with like a can O' air or a powerful vacumn cleaner.

I have looked at almost every community thread that could help but nothing has prevailed.

Also i am not on the xbox insider program.
