    My Xbox One X is dead with E102/ E105/E208 errors.


    So I guess I knew it would eventually have to happen to me since it seems that anyone whos bought a One X has the same problem. E105 error and then E208 error. Did some reading, tried:

    Soft Reset. Hard Reset, Offline Update (Which got me an E 208 error) and attempted to do factory reset which got me an E102 error. I have attempted to do an offline factory reset with the E102 error popping up twice.



    This console is much more than just my gaming console. I took the "It can do everything" line seriously so its my entertainment hub, It lets me watch Youtube, Amazone Prime Video, Netflix, even my local TV stuff is run through the xbox.



    Are there any things I havent tried but should? How much will it cost me to shoot it off for "service" if that becomes the only answer (Im in Montana, so No Microsoft stores I can walk into). If I send it in for service, how long do I get to be without my console and how bad is Covid-19 slowing down service? Or should I just try and fix it myself because its considered out of warranty?

    New error Code

    Nope. Also had to send in my xbox one x to the repair center get it hard reset because i kept getting E105 and E102 error codes.

    This particular error code started the day i got it back from repair

    It has given me two error codes e208 and e105 so far. I have gone to the Xbox support page for both and followed the instructions but it hasn't helped.

    I have the same problem but my two error codes are E102 and E105. No matter how much I press reset xbox and everything, it sends me right back to the troubleshoot error start up screen.

    Thanks, the error code kept changing from e105 to e102 then e203 but i seemed to have fixed the problem (hopefully)
