My Xbox One X experience so far (2018) ^u^

Hey everyone. Wow, this forum has been utterly completely absolutely restructured. Well done Microsoft, but it'll take some getting used too compared with how it's been the past 5 years. We also used to have forum levels to. I manage to hit Level 5 which was
the level what all the fun people were on here.

I just got a new headset today. Plantronics rig 800lx wireless headset, brand new. Plantronics Australia sells it for RRP AU$249. But got it today for only NZ$199 since JB Hi Fi were having it on sale.

The Plantronics headsets is great. It's so lite!! like it weighs 10g or something. And it's made out of far more durable materials than Turtle Beach headsets which are made out of cheap plastic which cracks within it's 1 year warranty. My Plantronics headset
is completely wireless, has a better wireless range than Turtle Beach and Astro headsets. Downside is the audio being stereo sounds flat sometimes but also the headset brings out sounds which are not present in Dolby X and Dolby 7.1. My Plantronics headset
also has full Dolby Atmos which is cleaner than Dolby 7.1/X. Hey at least it has Dolby. Plantronics only has 40mm speakers, not 50mm, so if you listen to videos and music at a moderately loud or higher volume, the speakers fuzz up a bit, but still ok. I prefer
the Plantronics mesh cushiony foam ear pads of the turtle beach leather ear pads. The headset is amazing but when you first open it the battery is 0% charged unlike turtle beach which comes at least like 50% charged. However my new Plantronics headset, compatible
with Xbox and PC, so relevant somewhat to this section?...., is A+. The battery according to the manufacturer, 30 mins charge = 3 hours gameplay/video/music watching, with a "24 hour battery" "1500amhs thingy". That's good. Turtle Beach batteries take a while
to charge though. AND, Plantronics has a boom flexible rubber mic and cute girl voice sounds like "power on, battery full, completely paired" stuff. It lacks the richer preset options that a turtle beach 800x has, but in compensates in several other areas
with other better features. And I paid NZ$369 for the Turtle Beach 800x. Glad I'm trying new things.

I've had Turtle Beach x32, x42, xp510, and 500X and 800X. So have been with them for a while. Astro A50's are far too expensive and heard a lot of bad reviews about it, short wi-fi range, transmitter issues, etc.

The Turtle Beach 800X I got at the start of the year broke cause of cheap plastic. I sent it back to the NZ/Australia distributor and it could be 10 working days before I hear back from them regarding warranty options. NZ/Australia has strict generous consumer
legislative rights. I'm still waiting for a reply even though they pay for shipping for faulty items. So no more waiting, got the Plantronics today and am happy for it, well it was sunny this afternoon so that's a good thing.

I also got a Sony KD438000E 4K HDR TV in January 2018 which has advanced triluminos colour technology which brings out an amazing wider natural colour palate which is delicious to my eyes. Also has an anti-reflective display (anti-glare) which doesn't reflect
like a mirror in a sunny room, a more reliable OS (Android) than Samsung TV OS's which have a still not patched security vulnerability (tizen os).

I sold my Xbox One Day One Edition 500GB console with Kinect last month since I have the Xbox One X console and my still working Xbox 360 slim 250GB console from when I first joined Xbox late 2010, which, surprise, is still working fine ^u^

And of course, I got my Xbox One X console when it came out Novemberish last year. It's slimmer than the Xbox One S console, and has better specs than the PS4 Pro console.

And The Crew 2 is amazing on Xbox One X. I still wish this new forum had kept the Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Xbox One X categorized forum sections instead of combining them into one section.

Well, that's been my experience so far. I might be back again later this week to tell you all the games I have on Xbox 360 and Xbox One (mainly Xbox One).
