My Xbox One Won't Work

`My Xbox is not straight out of the box and is just an Xbox one from whenever Xbox released it but the real problem is this it wont read my discs i just got red dead redemption and i put it in and nothing i tried resetting it too but that didn't work.
also i put in black ops 4 disc and it starting downloading earlier i just need a some help.

Same deal... my xbox account won't work and my EA account won't work, so I made a new one and that won't work either. Awesome.

Here is the troubleshooting guide for Issues reading discs. If you exaust everything there then your last option is to setup a console repair with
Xbox Support.

Dude with a problem

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and
restart the console.
