    My xbox one wont fully update and won't let me turn it on


    So my storage is full on my xbox and it needs to update when I turned it on it starts updating but stops half way saying something went wrong when trouble shooting it give me 4 options restart (which dosent doesn't fix it) factor restart it (which I can't do) turn it off (which also doesn't fix it) or get a USB (which I don't have ) is there any other things to do or do I have to restart it or buy a USB

    I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your console.

    Unfortunately, it sounds like you may need to perform a factory reset or an offline system update.

    If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

    - May I ask which Xbox One model you are using?

    - Besides the TV/monitor, do you have any external devices plugged into your console?

    - Do you get any numeric error codes along with the "Something went wrong" screen? if so, could you share that with me? If the error code starts with "E", you can give me only the next three digits.

    Tv won't work on my xbox one.

    After the update my Vizio tv can no longer be controlled or turn on/off by the Xbox One. It was working fine before 5 he update. It won't let me set it up like before since Xbox recognizes my TV.

    I've noticed my X1 won't go into "instant on" mode after playing minecraft, after playing I turn the console off and it turn's fully off (orange light on the power brick). It also wont turn back on with the controller.
