    My Xbox one won't connect via wifi


    My Xbox one won't connect via WiFi but will with a ethernet. My other Xbox connects fine as do other devices. Reset the router and the Xbox, checked the updates too. I'm out of ideas.

    What exactly is your Xbox console model? What exactly is the error message you get when you try connecting to Wi-Fi?

    You mentioned you've already reset your router and Xbox. For Xbox, did you mean factory reset by keeping your games and apps?

    Alternatively, please try to use a different router or if you can access your router dashboard or settings, please try to change your Wi-Fi or wireless channel to a different one.

    Wifi Password incorrect.

    It still won't connect to wifi. I just brought my router and hooked it up via lan cable. It works that way. Wired connections are better anyway.
