My Xbox one won't connect to wifi yet says it's all good

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We may just need to refresh the connection between your Xbox and router. Please follow the steps below:

"1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

I think my Xbox one is defective also because it won't let me connect to xbox live and it says my WiFi is good and it won't let me play games online at all. My Xbox One if defected!!

It's my wifi won't connect to my xbox everything else works fine on the wifi but the wifi won't connect to my xbox one x

I am having a problem with connecting to any xbox live, I moved to a new house and had a different wifi company and it won't let me connect at all. It says there's wifi but when I try connecting it loads for a long time and then says it won't connect and
I have tried all the solutions but none of them have helped

it says that i'm up and running but won't let me connect..keeps saying the same thing and all my other things needed like my wifi and what not are in order..
